Extra charge will be incurred for any early/ late check-in, please contact us for details.

10:00 am.
No late check-out is allowed. A AU$50 fine applies for each 15-minute delay from our check-out time.

CHECK-IN

THE ONE RESIDENCES:

Keys will be collected from our lovely staff members. Check-in locations is at W Brisbane inside Brisbane Quarter. If you booked a carpark through us, check-in will be at B5 parking elevators.

BCT & EMPORIUM:

Collect the key from a different location (address will be provided upon your booking is confirmed). You will need to provide the following to the cashier:

  1. Provide Photo Identification (Passport or Driver’s Licence) to match the same name shown on
    Reservation Booking Details
  2. Show Metro Food Store cashier the ‘Check-In Message by The Cassa’

CASINO BROADBEACH, ENCORE BROADBEACH & SIGNATURE BROADBEACH:

Keys need to be collected from our office located in Broadbeach QLD 4218. Office address will be provided once your booking is confirmed.

OCEAN & SERENITY:

Self check-in is available at the accommodation property for your own collection. Details and passcode will be provided once your booking is confirmed.

CHECK-OUT

You may perform express self check-out by simply returning the full set of keys in our designated spot located in the property before you leave. Details will be provided once your booking is confirmed.

For security reasons, we do not store baggage for any of our guests. 

PARKING & TRANSPORTAION

THE ONE RESIDENCES:

Parking is not included inside the booking. We have limited parking cards that we can reserve for $35 per day. Will need to check with us prior to your booking for availabilities.

BCT:

We include free parking spaces, which are apartment-owned parking lots with a height limit of 2.3m.

Emporium

There is no parking included or available for this booking. Please see the links for
payment and booking details (we are not associated with parking arrangements)

Parking is not included under your accommodation booking. There are 2 options of paid parking for you to consider:

ACCOMODATION

For your convenience, a “starter pack” is provided for you to settle in. Please note that there is no housekeeping or replenishment of items for the duration of your stay.

  • Sachet coffee, sachet tea, sachet sugar and milk
  • Laundry liquid/ powder, dishwashing liquid/ tablet, dishwashing sponge/scourer and tea towel
Besides, you may also use the hair dryer, iron and ironing board provided in our place.

No. Your booking is made for the entire apartment so you will have your own bathroom and laundry room which is well equipped with front loading washing machine and dryer.

Unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi is available and is free of charge.

Log-in details can be found in the apartment or shared by us upon booking confirmation/ check-in.

No. Please do not use our address as your mailing address, and no incoming mail in our mailbox will be held for you.

For the comfort and benefit of all facility users, we therefore ask all our guests to read through and adhere to the rules as set for and displayed at all facilities in the property.

Facility access is subject to open hours but not guaranteed due to maintenance or other issues conducted by the building management.

CLEANING & HOUSEKEEPING

We will only provide exit cleaning. Please wash up all the cookware, dishes & cutlery and clean up all rubbish so as to leave the place as you generally found it, or an additional fee may apply if the apartment is left in poor condition, and guests are responsible for compensating for any excess cleaning fee up to AU$250 or damage costs.

PET, PARTY & SMOKING

No pet is allowed. Any evidence will result in a AU$150 fine.

We preserve a relaxing environment for our guests and also other residents, so we have a strict no party policy. Any evidence will result in a AU$500 fine.

Besides, we do not have any policies, procedures, or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual “Schoolies Weeks”. All our properties have the right to refuse or evict any reservations from school graduate guests throughout this period.

Smoking is not permitted in any of our accommodations.  Any evidence will result in a AU$150 fine.

Queensland Government regulations do not allow smoking in any of the common areas of the building.

Any charges from the QLD Fire & Rescue Authority for unnecessary smoke alarms will also be passed on to the guest responsibility.
